We wanted to enfuse this wine with the joy of its name. For this reason we have not allowed any “interference” apart from those related to the seasonal trend and climate, whilst trying to enhance the tasting variety of the cesanese by producing it only in steel.

Production area: Olevano Romano (RM)
Soil: medium texture with a slight predominance of clay and limestone. Hilly terrain at an altitude of 470m above sea level.
Variety: Cesanese common
Vineyard: 10 years (average age)
Output: yield of 10 tons/hecthar

Wine specifications
Winemaking: in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22°C
Ageing: in steeless steel tanks
Alcohol: 14% vol.
Color: ruby red tending to garnet with aging
Smell: notes of fruit and cherries, combined with scents of forest vegetation
Taste: balanced with good acidity and soft tannins.
